Mike, a graduate of Sidney Sussex College,
Cambridge, became headmaster of Guildford Royal Grammar School (1947-67). Ursula used to "crew" on her uncle Edward's "J class" yacht in 1930's. They were committed to Moral Rearmament. Various family inheritances were donated to M.R. They lived at 8 Wivenhoe Road, Alresford, Colchester, Essex and at 22 Highfield Drive, Hurstpierpoint, Sussex.. Three sons and two daughters: Paul(1940), Francis(1945), Rupert (1936; d.1943). Erica(1934) and Rachel(1943). |
