| Andrew's first job was with
Dowty Engineering in Cheltenham. He started UA Engineering in Sheffield in partnership with Richard Angiers. The company developed a "jet" powered pleasure boat and patented an innovative scissor design. They imported wood-burning stoves. Andrew set up an Australian subsidiary (Bosky Ltd.) and moved to Australia. The company invested in a half share of Pecan Ltd. who make gas fires and solar powered lighting.
