Peter Rodney Usborne of Vancouver. Born March 22nd.1913. Married twice.  Second wife Mary lives in Ottawa, Ontario. Peter died in the early 1980's.
Peter was educated in Vancouver, then went to Trinity College (Ontario) where he graduated in the early 30's. He then joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and served across Canada, including the Northern Territories. Eventually he arrived in Ottawa (late 40's/early50's) He retired from the RCMP in the early 80's as Assistant to the Commissioner, among the highest ranking officers in Canada.
