| Lori and
Todd live on
the island
of Maui
in Hawaii. Their first child, James Michael Patrick, was born December 16th 2003. Lori writes: Todd and I moved to Maui for real estate purposes. Todd is in Real Estate. He works for a developer based out of Vancouver called Intrawest. They own and develop real estate at resorts such as Whistler British Columbia, Squaw Valley California, Les Arces France and now – Kaanapali Hawaii. We set up our company Patrick Properties for tax purposes and to give us freedom to fulfill some of our dreams of building a few more spec homes and retire early. We have our eye on some land here. I still keep my hand in as a designer. It has slowed a bit due to my priority as a Mother at the moment. But I have one or two projects going usually. I don’t do it so much for the money right now but more so for the fulfillment. Need to keep that brain working !!
