Thomas Usborne             Baptised: December 5th.1624 at Marden. Married 1667 to Rebecca Charlton. Thomas buried March 2nd.1702 at East Farleigh. Rebecca buried May 20th 1707 at East Farleigh.	His signature Baptism entry  December 5th 1624 Burial entry
Thomas inherited a parcel of land to be shared with brother Alexander in Marden in the will of his father in 1651 called "Stone Pit Croft". In 1656 he was taxed on 23 acres of land. This increased to 39 acres in East Farleigh in 1665. Thomas was Church Warden at East Farleigh in 1657.  Thomas was 43 when married to Rebecca aged 24.	Memorial in East Farleigh churchyard reads: Here lieth the body of Thomas USBORN of this Parish, yeoman, who departed this Life February 25th Anno Dom. 1702. Aged 78 Years. Left issue 3 sons and 3 daughters. Here lieth also the body of Rebekah Usborne wife of the before said Thomas Usborne. She departed this Life the 16th day of May, Anno Domini 1707.
