Joane, my wife to have all my lands in Goodhurst & Hawkehurst for the bringing up of my three youngest children. Each of my children to have 5 marks apiece at their marriages. The names of the children are John Osborn, Joane, Maryon & Elizabeth. After the death of my wife, my youngest son Alexander shall have all my lands in Goodhurst, upon the denne of Lyllesdenne. My lands in Hawkehurst to remain to my son William. If my wife die before my youngest son is 26, she shall give the lands to whom she pleases.
