Awarded Queen's Medal (4 clasps) and the Kings Medal (2 clasps).
Promoted Captain in 1907,
appointed Director of Public Works by Sir Henry Hesketh
Bell and in that year built
Government House for him overlooking Lake Victoria in Entebbe, Uganda. |
